Payment Processing
Card and online payments are processed by our third-party payment providers, Paddle and
Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable provider to charge your payment
method. For invoiced accounts, we may also accept payment by check by prior arrangement; such
payments are handled manually and offline, and are not processed by Paddle or Stripe. Refunds are governed by
our Refund Policy; see the Cancellation and Refunds details below.
Billing and Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing cycle. You
authorize Ben AI Inc. to charge your chosen payment method without further approval unless you cancel.
Free Trial
We may offer up to a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription will
begin, and charges will apply.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. After cancellation, your access will
remain active through the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of a charge, subject to the conditions described in our
Refund Policy. Certain amounts are non-refundable, including advertising spend that
has already been delivered to third-party advertising providers (such as Yelp) and any non-refundable service or
processing fees disclosed at checkout. Please review our Refund Policy for full

Advertising Spend
When you fund an advertising program (for example, Yelp Ads) through our platform, your budget is sent to and
spent by the third-party advertising provider. Budget that has already been delivered or spent is non-refundable
because the advertising service has been rendered; any unspent portion of your budget is refunded when you
cancel the program.

We may change subscription fees at any time. You will be notified in advance in accordance with applicable law.
